Top To Bottom Services provides this inspection free of charge to any parent who wants their children to feel safe and secure in their new home. Our team of certified inspectors will conduct this inspection alongside any standard InterNACHI based home inspection.
The inspector will submit their findings to management for verification and—if management agrees that the new home shows no evidence of Monsters, Goblins, Ghouls, etc.—will email an official Monster-Free Certificate signed by the management team.
Do My Children Have To Be Present At The Inspection To Get This Certification?
No, in-fact all certificates are sent via email as a printable PDF. If your child is present, our inspectors will let them know that no monsters were found during the inspection and to expect their certificate via email in a day or so.
When Will My Kids Receive Their Certificate?
All jokes aside, our first priority is getting your actual inspection report completed and delivered to you so that you may review it with your agent. To ensure you have enough time to handle the true business at hand, we delay the automatic delivery of the certificate so it won’t send until 1-day after the report is delivered.

Does This Have To Be Requested During The Scheduling Process, Or Can It Be Added At The Inspection?
It is not required to add this at the time of scheduling; though it is required to be added before your inspection report is uploaded so that the automated email containing your child’s Monster-Free Certificate gets triggered for delivery. Your inspector can discuss your options, his/her recommendations.
