Bob Enders

MD License #31742 / VA License #3380000838 (includes new construction), Bob was born in Connecticut in 1960 and moved to Maryland after leaving the Marine Corps in 1984. He married his wife, Margie, in 1987 and purchased their forever home in Mount Airy, shortly after. They have four children: Jennifer, Ryan, Christopher, and Kelsie and five grandchildren—with the potential for many more. His favorite of his four children is Christopher, who is the Director of Operations at Top To Bottom Services, and the one in charge of editing the biographies for the website . Bob enjoys golfing—poorly, fishing, and eating exotic food.

Before joining Top To Bottom services, Bob worked for 33 years for some of the most prominent home builders in the greater metropolitan area, building more than 500 homes for families from all over the world. It was at this point he found his love for exotic food when homeowners would cook him authentic cuisine as a gesture of appreciation. Bob’s unique perspective from so many years of home building allows him to share his experience and maintenance tips with all his inspection clients; better preparing them for the responsibilities that come with home ownership.

Bob holds a degree in Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University—better known for their culinary arts program. Though not his focus while attending college at JWU, Bob has always enjoyed cooking meals, or barbecuing poolside, for his family and friends. Also, Bob and Margie are extreme animal lovers and have owned pets of all shapes and sizes throughout the years. From multiple St. Bernard dogs—the largest reaching 250lbs—to different breeds of cats, rescued birds and rabbits, to their newest addition, Sammy, a Bichon Shih Tzu mix.
