MD License #33504 / VA License #3380001512, Aaron has been in construction and roofing his whole life, providing a solid foundation and unique perspective when it comes to inspecting homes. After completing schooling to become a home inspector, Aaron took a position with HTI Home Inspections. In May of 2019 when the former owner of HTI—Ron—approached Top To Bottom Services about purchasing his company, Aaron knew he would be able to advance his knowledge and skills as a home inspector with a larger firm like Top To Bottom Services.

Aaron was a roofer for over 30-years; when he decided to make the career change to home inspections, he knew that his experience in roofing would be a great asset. But Aaron will tell you that even while most of his experience was with the “Top” his skills carry through “To Bottom” when it comes to performing a full home inspection!

Aaron is an extremely hard worker, but says that when he is not working, he’s a “home body” and likes to spend time with his family.
